This recipe comes from The Gourmet’s Cookbook by Elek Magyar. Zellergyökér (or zeller) is a root vegetable commonly found in the markets in Hungary. It is most often found added to soups, but can also be made into salads.
Ingredients:
Celeriac
Vinegar dressing or mayonnaise
Method:
Slice the boiled celeriac and mix either in salad dressing or in mayonnaise.
