As our sister site Pestiside.hu reported back in March, the makers of Hungarian "national" liquor Unicum are using a zany new "viral" video campaign to market the potent herbal tipple in America, and other lands beyond Hungary. Meanwhile, for those locals who may be wondering where on Earth these ads are being made, we can now exclusively (or semi-exclusively) report that the answer is Argentina. (Apparently it was just cheaper and easier to do the production there.) But don't worry, there are no plans to start making Unicum anywhere else but here in Hungary, even if the ads lead to a worldwide craze for the stuff.
