Who Says You Can't Get Rich Running a Hungarian Restaurant?
At least if it's in Florida:
Hungarian restaurant owner lists home for $1.899M
Zoltan Debreczeni has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1210 95th St. in Bay Harbor Islands for $1.899 million. The 2,024-square-foot house, which was built in 1954, is in the neighborhood of West Bay Harbor Island. His wife, Monika Korencsik of Royal Realty Investment Group, is the listing agent. Mr. Debreczeni is the owner and chef of Cafe Paprika, a 15-year-old restaurant in Miramar that serves Hungarian cuisine.
While we can't figure out via the Internet whether the restaurant is still in operation, here is a review of the joint from back in 2000. Either way, you'd have to serve a hell of a lot of stuffed peppers back in Hungary to end up sitting on Ft 390 million worth of house, even if your wife was in the real estate biz.
