Red Cabbage

Vöröskáposzta (“VUH-ROOSH KAA-POSTA”; literally “red cabbage”) is most commonly used by Hungarians in fresh salads or steamed and served with meat dishes. It is also known as lilakáposzta (“purple cabbage”).
