Ingredients:
1 hard-boiled egg
1 smallish cucumber
2-3 fermented cucumbers
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
Garlic (optional)
Onion (optional)
Method:
Dice the egg and cucumbers and mix with mayonnaise and sour cream. Add garlic and onion if desired. Allow to stand in refrigerator until flavors are blended.
