Potato Stew with Cucumber

This recipe adds fermented cucumbers to one of the most popular types of főzelék, which is made from potatos. Its Hungarian version was submitted to szegedlive.hu by user tamas.

Ingredients:
0.5 kilograms potatoes
40 grams lard
60 grams flour
20 grams salt
200 milliliters sour cream
100 grams fermented cucumbers
20 grams onions
20 grams sugar
1 gram black pepper
Dill
Parsley

Method:
Fry onions in lard and add flour, parsley, dill, other spices and some water. Cook potatoes, slice and add to the roux. Finally add sliced cucumbers and sour cream to the stew.
