Tourist Cold Cut

Turista felvágott (“TWO-RISH-TAH FAEL-VAH-GUT”) is a type of felvágott made from a mixture of pork and beef. It is named after tourists not because it is recommended for tourists visiting Hungary today, but because it was popular with picnicking Hungarian families especially during the Socialist era.
