Turbolya (“TURB-OY-YA”), the scent of which is similar to ánizs, grows everywhere in the Carpathian basin. Its leaves are used in soups, főzelékek, meat dished made from chicken or lamb, stuffing, salads, sauces and szendvicskrém.
