Töltött karalábé

Stuffed Kohlrabi

Töltött karalábé (“TULE-TUT KAR-U-LA-BAY”) is probably the most popular dish made from karalábé in Hungary. It is prepared by hallowing out the kohlrabis, stuffing them with a mixture of ground pork and rice, boiling them, and then serving them with sour cream, and often dill.
