The ongoing saga involving shady companies in Hungary being busted for selling rotten meat and other past-date-of-sale product has reached its logical Euro-conclusion, in a giant piece of conceptual art. A billboard of the poster pictured above is currently greeting motorists who arrive in Budapest along the M1/M7 highway (close to the country’s largest hypermarkets), and features the tagline “This I still trust.” According to 168ora.hu, the piece was made by artist András Zombori, who revealed that the meat coming out of the grinder was actually some of the pre-rotten stuff that inspired him to make the poster.
