Tavaszi rolád (“TAH-VAH-SEE ROW-LOD”) is a type of meat product similar to párizsi, but there are vegetables such as peas and pieces of peppers added to the meat. It is most often made from pork, and there is a cheese-flavored variety. Its name means “spring roll.”
