István Szepsy (“IST-VAAN SEP-SHI”) is perhaps the most famous borász (winemaker) in Hungary’s Tokaj wine region. Szepsy’s wines, most of which are highly-concentrated aszú-based dessert wines, fetch a large premium both domestically and on the international market.
