Szendvicskrém (“SEND-VITCH-KREYM”) is a paste spread on bread then topped with slices of fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber or pepper. Szendvicskrém can be made from meat or dairy products, including löncshús and túró mixed with oil, finely cut vegetables, herbs and spices.
