Stefánia torta

Stefánia Cake

Stefánia torta (“SHTEF-ANN-EE-U-TORE-TU”) is similar to the Dobos torta, but without the caramel topping. It is layers of sponge cake alternated with chocolate butter cream and the top is dusted with cocoa powder.
