Sós teasütemény (“SHOSH-TAY-AH-SHOO-TEAU-MAY-NEE”) literally means “savoury tea biscuits” and can refer to a variety of things. They are usually baked in the shapes of tiny squares, and often have a few caraway seeds added to the dough or grated cheese on top.
