Cheese Rolls

The sajtos roló (“SHOYT-OSHE-ROLE-OH”) is a hollow tube of pastry which is filled with a creamy filling made with milk, butter, egg yolks and cheese. The ends are dipped in grated cheese. These pastries are found at cukrászdák and bakeries.
