Chocolate Mousse Squares

Rigó Jancsi ("REE-GO-YAN-CHEE") is named for a late-19th-century Gypsy violinist who ran away with a Belgian baroness. The dessert is squares of chocolate mousse sandwiched between two layers of chocolate cake and topped with a chocolate glaze.
