Carp

While ponty is a notably difficult word for non-Hungarians to say (it is pronounced roughly “PON-TCH-Y”) anyone who spends any meaningful time in Hungary should learn how, as it remains the most common fish served in the country, especially in the form of halászlé (fish soup).
