We're currently doing some long-overdue site maintenance that will likely involve some outages, including a temporary shut-down of our commenting functions. We'll hopefully be done within a few days. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and concern!

Párizsi

Bologna

Párizsi (“PAH-REE-ZHEE”) sometimes called parizer, is a type of cheap meat product which is added to sandwiches or eaten with főzelék (vegetable stew) after being breaded and fried. Both of its names literally mean “of Paris.” Párizsi is most often made from – or at least labeled as made from – pork, beef, chicken or turkey, and some varieties contain vegetables and/or cheese.
