Almost savage chalky, mineral nose, and dry, dry, dry. Don't serve without food, for sure. But very elegant, and possibly a good value given the prices of "prestige" dry Furmints these days.
Pea green. Chalky, mineral, rhubarb and ripe corn from the field on the complex nose. Oily waxy character on the palate with pronounced fiery, flinty and mineral flavour. A man's wine.
