Crisp, a bit hot on the back of the tongue. Almost too tart, but still worth another try. Hungarians are proud of this grape – but it could be a bit more subtle.
Fruity but somewhat too sour for my tastes. I’ll probably pass on this next time.
I’m getting a little something ususual on the nose… but it might be a smell I could get used to. Meanwhile, there is something strange and leathery on the palate, but again not totally unpleasant.
Interesting green dirty water with a lack of a nose at first with a hint of citrus, a bit of ginger coming through with a hint of mineral, joined by peach and apricot in the mouth but burns a bit.
Tasty expansive fruitiness, peaches and pears and the like. Could be a fun match with a fruit salad, or any green salad, green salad with duck.
