Lúdlábtorta (“LOOD-LAB-TORE-TU”) is often cut into tiny triangles resembling goose feet, which is probably how it got its name (lúdláb means goose leg). It’s a thin chocolate sponge cake topped with chocolate mousse and a layer of brandy-soaked cherries, and smothered with shiny chocolate glaze.
