Leányka

Grape Varietal

Leányka (“LE-AAHN-KA”) is a relatively rare white grape originating probably from Transylvania or Moldavia. It is high-yielding and ripens early in mid-September. producing simple, soft wines with high alcohol content. Leányka is predominantly grown in the Eger region.
