Potato Ricer/Press

Krumplinyomó (“KRUME-PLEE-NU-MO”) is Hungarian for “potato press.” The variety of potato press which looks like a giant garlic press has many uses in Hungary including making mashed potato, smoothing túró and chestnut puree for use in cakes, and as substitute for a galuskaszaggató.
