Cheese Variety

Krémfehérsajt (“CRAYM-FEH-AYR-SHOYT”) is a fresh Hungarian cheese most resembling the Greek Feta. Its name literally means “cream white cheese.” It is made from cow’s or sheep’s milk or a mixture of the two. It is produced in Hungary both for export and domestic use. Krémfehérsajt is most often used in poultry dishes, salads and sandwiches.
