Klassz Notes (I): High-End Kitchen Mystery Revealed

If you've been to the (somewhat) recently-opened Klassz, you may have noticed the somewhat unusual placement of the restaurant's kitchen, which sits above and behind the main dining and bar area. We certainly have, and have always wondered what it's like up there. But now, thanks to (we assume) some camera bug on the staff and the magic of the Internet, we know.
