Kenőmájas (“KEH-NOO-MAH-YOSH”) is usually sold in Hungary packaged in plastic tubes, and is made from pork, beef and poultry liver. As with tinned májkrém (liver paste) It is often spread on bread and eaten for breakfast or as a snack, accompanied with fresh vegetables.
