Savoy Cabbage


In a nation where so many countless tons of káposzta are eaten every year, it is not surprising that there are several varieties. Kelkáposzta (“KELL-KAAPOSTA”), or Savoy cabbage, is most commonly associated with the layered-cabbage dish rakott kel.
