Not for beginners, this recipe assumes that readers can make dough with just a list of ingredients. It comes from A Főzőkanál Művészei and was contributed by Teréz Rumi, who said that she learned it from her mother.
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
600 grams flour
30 grams yeast
80 grams butter
80 grams sugar
1 teaspoon salt
400 milliliters milk
For the Filling:
600 grams túró
350 grams powdered sugar
1 liter milk
400 milliliters sour cream
1 bunch dill
3 egg yolks
Method:
Make the dough from the first six ingredients, which you stretch to fit your pan. Make the filling by pressing the túró through a sieve. Add the powdered sugar, milk, sour cream, dill and egg yolks and mix well. Spread the filling over the dough and bake. To serve, pour sweetened, warmed sour cream on top.

has anyone actually made this recipe??? i beg you to consider that the LITER of milk is more likely 1 DECIliter. at this rate you will end up with soup and not filling/topping.
That’s what the recipe says, one liter of milk…I just double checked it!
The LITER milk is a mistake in the recipe.
I used 1 dcl (1/4 Cup) and it turned out great!
