Just a quick one to let you know that the biannual Foodapest food trade fair will be running until Friday over at Hungexpo, Budapest’s vintage trade grounds. We haven’t been over there yet, but the organizers swear that the thing is the biggest industry event in the region, and the list of exhibitions (including “Meat Land” and other thematic zones) and other attractions does look pretty appetizing. While the event is listed as “to the trade,” our guess is that even if you aren’t in the food biz, you can probably walk on in.
