Hungarian Cuisine (József Venesz)

Venesz (1912-1978) was a highly regarded Hungarian Master Chef who first published this book in Hungarian with the title A Magyaros Konyha in 1958. The Hungarian Chefs Association has a lifetime achievement award named for Venesz which honors a Hungarian chef for promoting Hungarian cuisine internationally.
