Didn’t get a chance to stop back later and try any of these kovászos uborka we saw fermenting away outside the Gerlóczy Kávéház [details/user feedback] [related Chew items] a few weeks back. Still, in an age when many restaurants thoughtlessly call items on their menu “home-made” when they are actually made somewhere else, it’s nice to see someone taking házi as literally as possible.
the beauty about it? It will come out of you in the exact same shape, size and color!!

Gerloczy is the best!
In all the other european countries is not allowed to put the food outside under the sun . Who dare it will be closed in 5 minutes!!!!!!!
