This morning we woke up feeling a little strange, both washed-up but somehow a bit wiser, and after a few minutes we finally realized why: It's our birthday! Hard as it is to believe, it's been a whole year since we first emerged into the world, famished, and started eating our way across this delicious little country. And what a treat it's been!
