Machine Ham

Gépsonka (“GHEIP-SHON-KAH”) is a cheap variety of ham usually sold in sliced form. Its somewhat unappetizing name translates as “machine ham.” It used to be more popular in the past and often bought at Easter instead of tied and smoked ham of higher quality, but this trend has reversed in the past few years.
