French Cream

Franciakrémes (“FRON-TSEE-A-KRAME-ESH”) is a popular dessert in cukrászdák. It consists of two crisp pieces of puff pastry stuffed with cream filling and a layer of whipped cream. It’s topped with coffee-flavored icing.
