Evőkanál (“EVOO-CAH-NAHL”) means “tablespoon” in Hungarian, and is used as a unit of measurement in some Hungarian cookbooks.
One evőkanál flour is 20 grams, sugar is 30 grams, semolina is 20 grams, breadcrumbs is 15 grams and fat is 20 grams, for example.
