Eszterházy torta (“ES-TER-HOZ-EY-TORE-TU”), a cake commonly found at traditional cukrászdák, is layers of rich walnut cake, spread with cream, and topped with a thin layer of fondant.

    This is the cheap version, because this cake is covered with marzipan only.
