The Lowdown: Aside from quality, the most pressing concern when you order food for delivery in Budapest is time. Because of this, people often pause before ordering dishes that seem complicated, or from restaurants that are not primarily in the delivery business. So just imagine our delight when we ordered the above combination of not-uncomplicated Japanese delicacies and they arrived at our desk in 28 minutes flat, a full 10 minutes below the restaurant's indicated fastest ETA, and before we had the chance to even wonder whether we really were in the mood for eel.

As it turned out, we were in the mood for eel, and lapped up the oily little suckers faster than the average eel-hater can say "bleech." Meanwhile, the Hamanasu roll was simply fanhamatastic. Even if the crab meat was actually "crab" meat, the tiger shrimp, bell pepper, cucumber, mayo and flying fish roe combo is killer. Of course, we can't guarantee that your order will get to you at this speed, but it's certainly a good sign. Well, unless the people at Wasabi also hate eels, and just wanted to get rid of them as soon as possible.
