Zoltán Demeter, considered by many to be “the winemaker’s winemaker” (in part due to his low media profile), markets small quantities of specialist wines from the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, including a range of aszú dessert wines. When not making wines in his own name, he is the chief winemaker for the Királyudvar winery.
