This recipe combines wild boar meat with a traditional Hungarian sausage variety. It was originally published in Hungarian on izletes.hu. It serves four people.
Ingredients:
500 grams wild boar loin chop
200 grams debreceni sausage
300 milliliters fat
Salt
Pepper
2 small spoons grill seasoning
Method:
Pickle the meat, then make a cut in the middle. Place the sausage in the cut. Season with salt and pepper and rub with the grill seasoning. Heat the fat and fry the meat in it. Serve hot or cold.
