Grape Varietal
The Csóka ("CHAW-KA"), Hungarian for "jackdaw" The "jackdaw" is a bona-fide Hungarian red variety named for its dark blue, almost black color. Once widespread, it is now fairly rare and gives a dark low to medium quality wine.
