Császármorzsa (“CHOS-AR-MOR-ZSA”) is a dough-like mixture made with eggs, flour, milk, sugar and eggs which has been baked, chopped into “crumbs” and served hot with jam and sugar sprinkled on top. Császármorzsa is generally a home-made dessert, rather than a restaurant dessert.
