Camping (“KEM-PING”), a soft, spreadable cheese packaged in plastic tubes like kenőmájas, is considered to be a “hungaricum.” It is manufactured by ERU Hungária and usually eaten with bread or used in salads, pasta dishes and appetizers. It comes in different flavors such as salami and cream, and has a sliced variety as well.
