Gyorsbüfé

Self-service Restaurant

Although gyors means fast, a gyorsbüfé (“DGEORSH-BOO-FAY”) bears little resemblance to a normal büfé in that it usually serves warm ready meals. The gyorsbüfé is a common form of fast food restaurant where menu items are displayed behind large glass screens. Unlike in a kifőzde, the available fare is not necessarily Hungarian and is often Turkish or Chinese

I really like the encyclopedia, but why have you translated this as a “self-service restaurant”?
