Budapest Stores Sold Tainted Products From Illegal Dairy Plant

Dairy products unsafe for human consumption were sold in 19 Budapest stores, hvg.hu reported. An illegal plant discovered in Hódmezővásárhely the previous week was found to have also supplied products to bakeries and cukrászdas in the environs of Hódmezővásárhely and other parts of Csongrád County, as well as the Békés County town of Gyula under the brand name Aranyboci. Inspectors at the plant found 4,400 kilos of dairy products of unknown origin and 250 liters of milk. Which stores sold the products has yet to be disclosed.
