Budai Zöld

Grape Varietal

Budai Zöld ("BOO-DA-EE ZUHLD") is an ancient Hungarian white wine variety largely grown on the volcanic soils of the Badacsony and Somló regions. Wines produced from this grape are simple, light-greenish in color and refreshingly acidic. Budai Zöld is also used to pollinate Kéknyelű.
